Terms of Use for PUKIVERSE
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pukiverse (the “Game”), developed by Arda Gerekli (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. Eligibility (13+)
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may not use the Game. If you are a parent/guardian and believe a child has used the Game, please contact us.
3. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software or automation;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the Game (except where prohibited by law);
- Interfere with servers, services, or security features related to the Game;
- Use the Game for unlawful purposes.
4. Online Features (PlayFab & Google Play)
The Game includes online features such as Leaderboards and Achievements, which may be backed by PlayFab and/or Google Play Games Services. These services may require an internet connection and may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We do not guarantee that online features will always be available. Availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, third-party service changes, or discontinuation.
5. In-App Purchases
The Game offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store (for example, Google Play). We do not store your payment card details. Digital items and purchases have no real-world monetary value and are not transferable.
All purchases are final except where required by applicable law or the app store’s refund policies.
6. Ads
The Game does not display ads at this time. We may add ads in a future update. If we do, these Terms (and/or the Privacy Policy) may be updated to reflect the change.
7. Intellectual Property
The Game and all related content (including code, artwork, visuals, audio, music, text, and design) are owned by Arda Gerekli or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent any liability is not legally excludable, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Game shall not exceed the total amount you paid (if any) to access the Game or make purchases in the Game during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to the Game or Terms
We may modify, update, or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we update them, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Game after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
